Given that our hotel building boom has come to a stop, it is not surprising that only one Irish hotel property is featured in a list of the world's best new hotels. So hats off to No.1 Pery Square Hotel & Spa. The Condé Nast Traveller Hot List 2009 is in its 10th year. While some of the properties featured are more about style rather than substance, this does not apply to Patricia & George Robert's property. They deserve great credit for creating a superb product and I wish them every success with their new venture.
