Adriaan Bartels, General Manager of the stunning Cliff House Hotel, Ardmore, Co. Waterford told me on Friday (10/7/09) that his property has just been accepted as a member of Relais et Chateaux (an exclusive collection of some of the finest hotels & gourment restaurants worldwide). This is a superb achievement for a hotel which only opened last year. I've had the privilege to stay there twice. For escapism, relaxation, food, views, cliff walks, hospitality & service, I could not recommend it highly enough!
