The food service market in Ireland has been shaken up in the past 12 months! CatererSearch yesterday reported that BaxterStorey increased its turnover in Ireland by over 140% since 2008. It now operates 41 sites across the country compared with just 14 last year. What an impressive performance in the current environment!
