IF YOU'RE GOING TO OFFER GREAT VALUE MENUS, DON'T LEAVE A SOUR TASTE........!

A colleague of mine told me about a lunch offer she had availed of recently.....only €15 for two courses or €20 for three courses......excellent value I think you'll agree. When ordering, she was asked the obligatory water question 'still or sparkling' and she said 'still'. However, she found it hard to stay still when she got her bill and realised she was charged €7.50 for bottled water! Instead of talking about the lovely lunch she had, she was compelled to talk about the ridiculous price the restaurant charged for bottled water! A perfect example of how to needlessly upset a customer!
