It's almost two years ago since I first read Danny Meyer's book Setting The Table. It's superb, the best book on hospitality and running a business I have come across. Danny is the boss of Union Square Hospitality Group, one of the foremost restaurant companies in the US. If you are a hospitality manager or aspire to be one, this book is a must read!
