Citizen M opened its second property in Amsterdam city today (6th May). Based on experience, it's sure to be a big hit! I visited Citizen M's debut hotel at Schiphol Airport in January and was facinated by its innovations with regard to human resources, floor plans, Philips technology partnership, automated check-in & check-out, 24-hour snack bar and a room key that doubles as a luggage tag on departure!
